MINDFUL PREPARATION:

Morning Matcha:

1. Using your Chashaku, measure two spoonfuls into your bowl
2. Heat water to 70°C (175°F)
3. Whisk in an M or W motion until frothy
4. Add more water to taste

Evening Cacao:

1. Add 3 teaspoons to your favorite cup
2. Pour hot (not boiling) water or warm plant milk
3. Stir until smooth and creamy
